At 5:15 p.m. on March 24, 2018, an employee was inside a trolley of a portable crane and was trouble shooting a braking system. A coworker engaged the joystick and moved the trolley. The employee was pulled out of the trolley and crushed between the trolley motor and a diagonal structural member and was killed.
