At 9:55 p.m. on March 18, 2018, an employee was performing an acrobatic trick using straps above an audience. The employee's hand slipped out of his strap and fell to the ground. The employee suffered multiple skull fractures with contusions and a subarachnoid hemorrhages of the brain. The employee was killed.
