At 1:30 p.m. on February 8, 2018, an employee was using a metal tool to scrape r ubber from a roller that was part of a calendar machine. During work, the metal tool became caught in the roller, pulling the employee's right hand into the rol ler. The employee's middle finger was crushed and amputated by the roller, resul ting in his hospitalization.
