At 5:30 p.m. on November 17, 2017, an employee was climbing down a fixed ladder and fell 25 feet when a cable grab connector failed. The employee remained susp ended until he was rescued. The employee suffered fractures to his leg, hip and pelvis. The employee was hospitalized as well.
