Summary Nr: 101243.015Event: 12/01/2017Employee Is Run Over By Logging Truck And Is Killed
At 4:40 p. m. on December 1, 2017, an employee and coworker were working on a mechanized logging site to fell and remove trees from a designated area. They were refueling their machines prior to going home for the day and the employee had walked behind the forwarder machine when his coworker backed up and ran over the employee. The employee had injuries to the chest and torso and, was killed.
