At 1:30 a.m. on November 21, 2017, an employee was cleaning and sanitizing a con veyor system roller. The employee reached to wipe the roller while the equipmen t was energized and the conveyor belt was still moving, catching his right hand and pulling it around the roller. The employee suffered a fracture to his right hand and was hospitalized.
