Summary Nr: 104483.015 Event: 10/08/2017Employee'S Fingers Are Crushed In Gate Of Bottom Dump Traile
At 1:47 p.m. on October 8, 2017, an employee was using a stray hose to wash out a bottom dump trailer. The employee opened the bottom dump gate and proceeded to wash out the trailer. While one of his hands was positioned in the vicinity of the gate, the gate suddenly closed onto the employees hand. He sustained two bro ken fingers.
