At 4:24 p.m. on August 21, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction company , was engaged in exterior carpentry at a two-story commercial building. He was using a Skil circular saw to cut a piece of plywood when his left hand made cont act with the blade. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transpo rted to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a laceration of his left hand and index finger.
