At 2:20 p.m. on July 12, 2017, and employee was cleaning or installing CMU blocks. The employee died for an unknown reason. The medical examiner was unable to determine the cause of injuries, and stated that he had trauma on the left side of his body with a fractured left clavicle and soft tissue injuries.
