At 11:30 a.m. on May 10, 2017, an employee was in a warehouse bringing boxes dow n from the second tier of a storage rack using an 6 foot A-frame ladder. He lost his balance and fell on to the concrete ground below. He sustained a back and h ip injuries He had surgery and hospitalization for fractured hip.
