Summary Nr: 93551.015Event: 02/17/2017Employee Falls From Truck And Is Injured
At approximately 9:00 p.m. on February 17, 2017, an employee was standing on fiv e feet high surface of lavatory waste, servicing a truck while raising drain hos e to aircraft fitting. The employee lost balance and fell over the side of the truck that had no guard rails. The employee suffered head contusions, four fract ured ribs and fractured thumb, for which he was hospitalized.
