AN ELECTRICIAN HAD REPLACED FOUR 120-VOLT RECEPTACLES. AFTER HE INSTALLED THE RECEPTACLES, HE USED A HOME-MADE TESTER TO CHECK THE WIRING. HE CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED PART ON THE TESTER AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
