HE THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE CUT AND THE BLADE OF THE PORTABLE CIRCULAR SAW MADE A SHALLOW LACERATION ACROSS HIS RIGHT KNEE. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS TREATED AT THE HOSPITAL AND RELEASED. NO CITATION WAS ISSUED RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT. | ||||||
