AN EMPLOYEE WAS UNDER A HOUSE, LEVELING IT. THE HOUSE WAS OLD AND WAS UNDER RENOVATION THROUGH A DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
