Summary Nr: 75401.015 Event: 03/28/2015Employee Is Ejected From Tractor And Is Killed
At 6:30 p.m. on March 28, 2015, an employee was relocating heavy equipment to an other job location. After rear-ending another tractor during a convoy, the emplo yee was ejected from the farm tractor which he was driving and landed on the hig hway below (same level). The employee sustained multiple crushing injuries and was killed.
