At 8:49 a.m. on June 6, 2017, an employee was working in a warehouse. While in a isle #21, selecting items, a coworker was in a neighboring aisle, #30, and unint entionally bumped a pallet of paper towels. The pallet fell into isle #21 and st ruck the employee in the head. The employee sustained a mild concussion and a la ceration to the back of his head.
