At approximately 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2017, Employee #1 was working on an elec trical panel. The electrical panel was not locked out. As he worked on the panel , he received an electric shock when the panel became energized. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he received treatment and was then hospi talized.
