At 5:30 p.m. on February 14, 2017, an employee noticed a piece of metal fall from a pipe support rail system. The employee jumped over a guardrail and landed on top of a rolling table and tried to pick up the metal piece. The employee suffered second and third degree burns from the hot pipes. The employee was hospitalized and treated for burns.
