EMPLOYEE #1 WAS REMOVING PARTS AND SCRAP METAL FROM THE DIES ON A MECHANICAL POWER PRESS. THE PRESS WAS SOMEHOW TRIPPED, CAUSING THE UPPER DIE TO DESCEND AND STRIKE THE EMPLOYEE IN THE HEAD. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
