At 3:45 p.m. on September 27, 2012, an employee was using an all-terrain vehicle to transport a 55 gallon drum of engine lubricant. During transport, the load c ontacted a 480 volt power line that was strung between a generator and a drillin g rig. The employee was electrocuted.
