At approximately 2:15 p.m. on June 27, 2012, an employee was assisting with brush removal from highway right of way. He was not feeling well and was sitting in the truck. The foreman noticed that the blinker came on the truck revved up. When foreman walked over to the truck and told the employee to move over. The employee got out of truck and was unsteady on his feet and fell to the ground. The employee died of heart attack.
