On December 19, 2012, Employee #1, with Aerotek, was working with coworkers and trying to move a utility vehicle that was stuck in the mud. Employee #1 was at the rear of the vehicle pushing it side to side to free the unit from the mud. When the vehicle broke loose from the mud, it was in reverse, and the vehicle backed over and pinned Employee #1 between the utility vehicle and a parked excavator. Employee #1's legs were fractured, and he was taken to the hospital and released the same day.
