At approximately 9:40 a.m. on February 15, 2008, Employee #1 was on a ladder cutting a concrete wall when the wall on which he was working broke apart. He became pinned between another wall and the wall that he had been cutting that tipped over. Coworkers came to his aid. They attached a chain to the fallen wall and used a bobcat to pull it off Employee #1. He was then transported by ambulance to Stanford Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
