On April 11, 2008, an employee and a coworker were working on an electric panel, 277/480 volts. Two screws were removed from the panel so that it could be inspected. In the process of replacing the screws, one contacted a cable and broke through the insulation, causing an explosion and fire. The employee received burns on his hand, for which he was hospitalized.
