On May 24, 2005, an employee, truck driver, disconnected a Trail King Tilt Bed Trailer from a dump truck hitch while a backhoe operator was unloading and moving a John Deere backhoe and loader from the bed of the trailer. The tongue handle swung up while the employee hand was in the pinch point area between trailer tongue and truck backend. Employee's hand was amputated. The employee was hospitalized, and his hand was reattached. | |||||||
