On March 23, 2007, Employee #1 was on a Kubota Model Number ZD21 commercial lawn mower. Employee #1 was mowing around a pond. Employee #1 made a quick turn while going downhill. The mower turned over into the pond. Employee # 1 was wearing his seatbelt and drowned.
