JOHN'S REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, IN OXNARD, BY PARAMEDIC AMBULANCE, WHERE HE WAS ADMITTED AND HAD SURGERY ON HIS BACK FOR A BROKEN VERTEBRA.
