Employee #1, of Smucker Co., was working on a process line filling barrels with strawberry waste. A forklift was lifting four barrels at one time. One barrel slipped because of the lack of a guardrail. Employee #1 tried to restrain the barrel but fell, lacerating his head and hurting his arm. Smucker Co. was cited for violating T8CCR 3942(a).
