Employees were logging pine timber. Employee #1 was cutting down trees and a skidder operator was dragging the logs away. The skidder operator removed two logs and returned to get two more. The skidder operator found Employee #1 trapped under a tree. Employee #1 had apparently cut a tree which lodged in a second tree. Employee #1 then cut and felled a third tree nearby which disturbed the second tree and allowed the lodged tree to fall and strike Employee #1. He died of internal injuries. No one saw the accident take place.
