Employee #1 was cutting trees for commercial purposes. He cut a tree that fell close to a nearby tree, causing several of its limbs to break off and lodge in the adjacent tree. When Employee #1 cut that adjacent tree, a lodged limb broke loose and fell, striking him on the head and killing him.
