At approximately 8:45 a.m. on May 29, 1985, Employee #1 was working as a carpenter at an apartment complex in Mesa, AZ. He was carrying a sheet of plywood on the roof when he slipped and fell approximately 30 ft to the ground. At the time of this report, he was in critical condition at the Desert Samaritan Hospital in Mesa, AZ, with possible brain damage, a broken neck, and internal injuries.
