At 4:15 p.m. on July 7, 2021, an employee worked to tie the wiring of a solar pa nel while working on a roof. The employee attempted to correct the installation of some incorrectly installed wires and walked backwards to unwrap the wires. At some point, the employee stepped off the roof and fell approximately twenty-eig ht feet. The employee was transported to the hospital to treat blunt force traum a injuries to the body and later died.
