At 3:30 p.m. on March 31, 2020, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was working at a three-story building as part of a multiemployer construction p roject. He was walking backward and unrolling a 100-foot Argon welding hose whe n he fell through a skylight and struck the concrete floor below, a fall height of 26 feet. Employee #1 was killed.
