At 1:30 p.m. on October 5, 2019, Employee #1, a painter, was conducting an exterior painting operation, on a commercial building, while on the floor of the basket of a JGL lift. Afterwards, Employee #1's head made contact with live, high voltage, energized power lines. Employee #1 then sustained a severe shock and was electrocuted and killed.
