At 11:00 a.m. on April 8, 2019, an employee worked from a ten-foot stepladder to mark out the area where a conduit was to be attached. While on the ladder, the employee felt the ladder shift as it leaned into a floor sink. The employee lost balance, falls approximately ten feet, and was hospitalized to treat neck and l eg (femur) fractures.
