At 6:30 a.m. on May 15, 2019, an employee was descending a track ladder in a sto ckroom aisle after looking for a product to restock on a shelf. While descending the ladder she reported maintaining 3-points of contact, but she missed the las t step and fell 20 inches to the ground below. The employee suffered a concussio n and a right knee tibial plateau fracture and was hospitalized.
