At 2:00 p.m. on June 6, 2019, an employee was climbing a fixed ladder which led to a roof hatch of a condominium. The employee reached the second rung when his left hand slipped off the ladder. The employee fell onto the stairway guard rail s which were behind the fixed ladder and fractured his right forearm, requiring hospitalization.
