At 12:15 a.m. on May 26, 2019, an employee was releasing the lashes holding a co ntainer to a vessel. While releasing the lashes and removing the twist locks, th e employee fell from the work platform that was equipped with a guardrail system . The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right fibula and tibia.
