| At 5:00 a.m. on may 4, 2019, an employee was preparing to receive materials for loading onto an aircraft when he saw a tug driven by a coworker catch the dollie s at the parked loader/conveyor. The employee walked behind the dollies to move the conveyor when the coworker turned at the wrong spot and could not get past t he conveyor. The dollies were blocked from moving and the tug was in a jackknife d position that was difficult to maneuver out of. The employee prepared to activ ate and move the conveyor turning by turning it on. The employee was out of the line of sight of the coworker when he moved the tug forward catching the leg of the employee between the loader/conveyor and the dolly. The employee suffered a fractured leg which required hospitalization. | |||||||
