At 3:00 p.m. on April 5, 2019, an employee was performing a set up on a printing press which entails jogging the plates or press while feeding webbing into the cylinder. The process requires the use of inch mode with the employee pressing the stop or go button. When feeding paper into the folder of the printing press, the employee's right hand made contact with the cylinder and the employee's mid dle finger was partially amputated. The employee was hospitalized for treatment .
