At 10:00 a.m. on March 21, 2019, Employee #1 was working with a coworker on the roof of Mill # 1 checking the cyclones for jams. They discovered a jammed cyclone. The coworker was trying to unjam the cyclone with a stick through an open door on the mezzanine. The site glass was removed while the machine was still running. Employee #1 reached in the airlock to clear debris and had three fingertips amputated in the right hand. The entry states Employee # 1 was not hospitalized, but it is likely he was.
