At 1:30 p.m. on March 17, 2019, an employee was grinding fresh meat for hamburge r on a Hobart model MG1532 Mixer-Grinder and was adding additional meat to the g rinder. The employee caught his sleeve in the worm blade and it pulled his righ t hand and arm into the grinder, amputating his hand and lacerating his arm. Th e employee was hospitalized.
