At 8:00 a.m. on March 4, 2019, Employee #1 was picking up a basket of cut wing p arts. The employee's glove became caught in the wing segmenter conveyor and his fingers were pulled into the segmenter blade. Employee #1 sustained partial ampu tation of two of his fingers and was hospitalized.
