At 2:00 p.m. on February 27, 2019, Employee #1 was operating the front-end loader and checking equipment.The employee exited the front-end loader and walked over to a machine that segregates raw compost material. The loader rolled toward the machine, pinning the employee between the machine and the loader. He was able to extricate himself in approximately one minute. The employee sustained pain in the lower back and lower abdomen and possible internal injuries to the intestines. The employee was hospitalized.
