At 10:55 a.m. on February 26, 2019, an employee was troubleshooting a V belt to get the conveyor to move. The employee adjusted the tension and it started to m ove when he caught his right hand's pinky between the belt and pulley. The empl oyee amputated his fingertip and was hospitalized.
