At 9:10 a.m. on February 6, 2019, an employee was working for a firm that, from its name, provided consulting services or, according to the NAICS code, a mill t hat produced broadwoven fabrics. He was looking for a bolt. This could have mean t "bolt" as a fastener or "bolt" as an amount of fabric. He placed his fingers o n a moving belt. A finger was caught in the pinch point formed by the belt and a pulley. He sustained the amputation of part of the finger. He was not hospitali zed.
