At approximately 8:30 a.m. on August 25, 2018, an employee was slicing chicken on a meat slicer when a piece of meat slipped. The employee reached for the piece of meat and as he reached for the meat he contacted the blade of the meat slicer, resulting in the amputation of the right index finger tip. The employee was not hospitalized.
