At 2:30 p.m. on January 31, 2019, an employee was loading the brass shells onto the conveyor of the shredder machine and several became stuck under a roller. T he employee reached in with his hand to remove them from the conveyor belt and h ad his right arm pulled into the machine when caught by the conveyor belt. The employee sustained a fracture to his right arm and was hospitalized.
