At 9:00 a.m. on January 14, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a home builder, was w orking on the construction of a two-story residential structure. He was perform ing roof sheeting activities from a scaffold when he fell, a fall height of appr oximately 20 feet. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted for treatment of injuries that included multiple fracture d ribs and injuries to his shoulder and wrist.
