At 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a construction compan y, was working at the renovation of a two-story commercial building. He was ope rating a table saw and ripping wood when his hand came into contact with the rot ating saw blade. The employee was transported to the hospital, where he was tre ated for three finger amputations and a laceration to the palm. He was then dis charged without hospitalization.
